Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a merchant account on WaitEnd ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not register or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

WaitEnd provides restaurants and other businesses ("Merchants") with virtual queue management, table reservation, and customer analytics tools. Features are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Merchant Accounts

You must provide accurate business information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@waitend.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Misrepresent your business, menus, prices, or availability to customers.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform.
• Transfer your account to another party without prior written consent.

5. Fees and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. All fees are stated in your plan details and billed in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Customer Data

You may access aggregated data about your customers through the Platform. You must handle this data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and must not use it for purposes beyond managing your business operations on WaitEnd.

7. Intellectual Property

WaitEnd and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Platform. You retain ownership of your business content (menus, photos, descriptions) and grant WaitEnd a limited licence to display it within the Platform.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted per our retention policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaitEnd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
